Refund / Exchange Policy

Heretic Studio offers a 30 day no hassle refund policy on all un-installed items in original condition. If item has been installed it is not eligible for a refund. Item must be returned unused and in its original packaging.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

Warranty Policy

All Heretic Studio products include a lifetime manufacturer warranty. Warranty is limited to product failure under normal operating conditions. Warranty does not cover improper installation or damage caused by improper usage.. If product failure occurs within 30 days under normal operating conditions, the product can be sent in to be repaired or replaced. If product is repaired or replaced, return shipping charges will be covered by Heretic Studio. If product is returned after 30 days the customer can send in product for replacement or repair, but customer will incur shipping charges.  If you have a product in need of warranty please contact us at support@hereticstudio.com for assistance.
