No matter where you go, no matter what you do we have you covered! We stand by the quality and performance of our lights with a manufacturer's lifetime warranty* against defects in material and workmanship. We don’t want you to have to ever worry about the quality of your lights. We will always do our best to make sure you are taken care of and never left hanging in an unfortunate situation. All of our lights have removable components, which make repairs simple. If product failure occurs within 30 days under normal operating conditions, the product can be sent in to be repaired or replaced. If product is repaired or replaced, return shipping charges will be covered by Heretic Studio. If product is returned after 30 days the customer can send in product for replacement or repair, but customer will incur shipping charges. Misuse or deliberate damage to lights is not covered by the Nomad Guarantee. Warranty claims are only issued to the original purchaser.

Refund / Exchange Policy:
Heretic offers a 30 day no hassle refund policy on all items in original condition, subject to a 15% restocking fee if damaged. Item must be in "like new" condition.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@hereticstudio.com.
