Heretic Team did an outstanding job! Not only with their product but with their A+ customer service. Product took a little longer then expected but we'll worth it. They actually responded very quickly when I reached out to see the delay. They were honest and upfront on issues they had to overcome and fix. They did not want to send me a product anything less then their expectation! For that I truly respect what they do and the product they make. My next purchase coming soon 20inch LED Amber light bar!
Fantastic Kit and Even Better Customer Service
I bought this fog light kit for my '21 Bronco with the OEM Modular HD bumper. I figured I had 6 AUX switches that needed something hooked up to them. However, I've never completed an electrical project on a vehicle before. I ordered amber quattros with the BA-2's in white. Opening the box, I found these lights and brackets to be solid. The machining on the lights was flawless and the brackets were stout. Easy to assemble lights to the brackets which allowed for proper fitment when installing on the Bronco. When putting these together, I did find that one of the connectors was broken in shipment. So, I reached out through Heretic's website chat where David Clark stepped in and fixed the problem quickly. He was willing to send an entirely new light but I figured I could just swap out the connector. I had the new part in a few short days. Quickly developed a great rapport with David while chatting about this and let him know how limited my electrical skills were. He let me know they would be available to assist through the process. David wasn't lying. I was on the phone with him on three different calls regarding the connections. The access to assistance was excellent and friendly every step of the way. In the end, this kit is a simple step by step install that took me about 2 hours of actual work. The lights look fantastic on my Bronco and provide an abundant field of vision when in use. Might be time to get another light kit from these guys!
Affordable and Well-Placed Fog Kit for 2021 Bronco First Edition
I've got Heretic lights all over the @froncobronco on instagram, and you can see from my photos these fog kits fit into the OEM Modular HD bumper as seamlessly as you could want. But besides being pretty to look at, they're highly functional - I've got Amber Quattros with white BA-2's on each side, and they are perfect complements to each other - I use separate AUX switches so I can use just the ambers in poor weather and dust, while maintaining the white for extra visibility in clear weather and dark roadways. The whole kit is just perfect, and I'm so glad to finally have fogs on my Bronco! Disclaimer: I did help Heretic with the development of this 2021 Bronco Fog Kit, and provided them with my Bronco to use for design and measurements in exchange for a discount on the lights. But to be very clear, the opinions expressed here are my own, and I only worked with them on this because I knew the quality of their lights in the first place. I wouldn't run anything else on my vehicle, and am extremely pleased with the quality of this kit and the professionalism of Heretic's entire team. Don't even hesitate if you're here reading this. A+ all around.
